ideal venue with a state-of-the art Conference room and Carrick-on-Shannon is
easily accessible, being on the main train line and bus route from Dublin.
MOON RIVER PLEASURE CRUISE DOWN THE RIVER SHANNON On Saturday 27th evening after the Conference finishes at 5.30 pm we will stroll down the town to the Carrick-on-Shannon pier where we will board the Pleasure Cruiser, 'Moon River' for a leisurely four-hour trip down the River Shannon. During the Fourth Conference we saw many UFO's - which were actually Chinese Lanterns - and this caused great hilarity. On board we will be treated to a magnificent Buffet, followed by music provided by the well-known Boyle musician Miceál Harrington, who has delighted us on previous occasions - he had us dancing down the aisle all evening! We might even have UFO sightings again in 2008!
